Aizhan-Sara Dzhansseitova

I was born on 22 December 1964 in the city of Taraz, Kazakhstan. I graduated from the T. Zhurgenov Almaty State Theatre and Art Institute in 1987, specialising in Decorative and Applied Arts.

In 2018, I became a member of the Union of Artists of Kazakhstan.
Since 2019, I have been a Corresponding Member of the Academy of Arts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

I have participated in exhibitions since 1995.

Exhibitions:
1995 – Solo exhibition at the U.S. Embassy, Almaty, Kazakhstan
1996–1999 – International exhibition “Zhiger”, Almaty and Astana, Kazakhstan
1997 – Group exhibition with Kazakhstani artists in Bonn, Frankfurt am Main, Cologne, and Berlin, Germany
1998 – Autumn Exhibition at the “Tribuna” Gallery, Almaty, Kazakhstan
1998 – Solo exhibition at a gallery in Ankara, Turkey
2000 – Republican exhibition dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the Union of Artists of Kazakhstan, A. Kasteyev State Museum of Arts, Almaty
2004 – Anniversary exhibition of the “Oyu” Gallery, A. Kasteyev State Museum of Arts, Almaty
2019 – Annual exhibition of the Union of Artists, A. Kasteyev Museum, Almaty

In 2020, I joined the international women’s foundation “Tan-Sholpan”, and have since taken part in all exhibitions organised in Almaty and Astana.

In 2025, I held a personal exhibition titled “Whisper of My Soul” in Almaty.
